Hi LM_NET!
I am an on-again, off-again member of the listserv. Some of you may
remember the story of Oak Grove School,  the Alabama school that was
destroyed on April 8, 1998 by an F-5 tornado. I am the library media
specialist who will open the new Oak Grove Elementary School's media
center next August. We are deeply involved in replacing what was lost to
the tornado. It is a very exciting time for us. Tomorrow the principal
and I are going to take pictures of the steel going up at our new
building. This year will be hectic because we are divided between two
campuses that are 22 miles apart. Our favorite saying these days is
"Next year it will be easier because we will be together." This spring
we are planning a celebration of our past and next fall we will
celebrate a new beginning together. Have a great year!
