http in the internet addresses.  I can't remember anything
other than hypertext.  If you know, please pass on the
explanation for that acronym.  Thanks.

Subject: new york is book country

Every year New York City is the site of the "New York Is Book Country"
festival spanning the last week of September.  This year the culminating
activities will be on Sunday, September 26 on 5th Avenue from 48th- 50?
There is a website, NYIBC.com, however, it does not do this event justice.
It is a librarian's paradise!  (Authors signing books, publisher booths,
readings, free stuff! )  Last year, the New York Times posted a map in the
paper during the week before the event revealing all of the events- not just
the ones sponsored by the main operators.  You should not miss this!
