Well, I finally got "hit" by these people. Of course they called on a day
when I had 5 minutes to et lunch in the Media Center and life was crazy. I
told them if I received anything I would consider it a gift. I am not
returning them as I specifically told them I would consider them a gift.
My quesiton. How have you documented this to cover yourself. I do not
want anyone questioning my receipt of these videos. In media land, we know
the tactics of this company, but the general public does not. I had
thought about writing a thank you note to the company for the gift citing
the US Postal Code about anything received without soliciatation is
considered a gift. The letter that they sent me sounds like we had a
chummy time on the phone and they were glad to help me. Any ideas on this?
