I totally agree with Lynda.
After reading the public "dressing down" I thought I would never post anything
again.  I sincerely hope I never speak to one of my students in a manner that
would make him/her feel embarrassed for asking a question.  Maybe the person who
is too busy is too busy for this listserv.  There is a way to unsubscribe.
