TECH: Java programs won't run

Hello All,

I've just tried to run java program "A" on a win95 machine and win98
machine (second ed.) and it doesn't run. (Yes, Jview.exe exists.) I then
tried java program "B" on the win95 machine; it also does not run. I've
never tried Java programs before. Is there a well-known problem? A
little-known problem? I would appreciate some help.
