TARGET: How to manage Laser printing

Help! We got a great laser printer for our library lab of 30 computers. The
printer is located in our workroom in order to prevent students from using
other student's work and to protect the investment of the printer. What is
the best way to distribute the print jobs: print request forms, distribution
at the end of each period, distribute as the job is finished, or ??????? Any
light you can shed on this matter will be appreciated. Thanks
