Target: Computer Lab Usage Policies

Does anyone have a computer lab usage policy for an elementary school, grade
K-6 that includes use of computer lab during recess and before and after
school that I can take a look at?  I am developing a policy for the school I
am in (this is my first year here) and need input for usage particularly
during recess time and after school hours. The Internet part is tricky.  All
of our students have signed a AUP.  Very few students have computers at
home.  Students love to come to lab and use Internet for fun not necessarily
related to school work.  I am trying to strike a balance.  Suggestions are
very appreciated.
