TARGET: Rubric for European - clarification

Earlier today I posted the following message:
Hello.  We will soon be starting a research project on European
countries with our grade six class.  I have been searching, without
much luck, for a rubric to use for evaluation of this assignment.  If
you have a rubric developed for this assignment, or know of one I
would greatly appreciate the help.  TIA Dorothy

It has been suggested that I clarify this assignment further.  The
assignment must be completed by the end of May.  It will be all
written and will emphasize notetaking, finding keywords, checking for
suitable information and production of a bibliography.  I should also
say that neither the teacher or I have experience in the use of
rubrics, so this is a learning experience for us too.  Thank you
