 Also on a serious note, other teachers have used me as a resource to
find out about children coming up though the grades. I've had these kids
since kindergarten and have enjoyed watching  most of them mature, and
have watched year after year as some teachers struggle with others. There
are some fourth and fifth graders that I remember thinking as
Kindergartners, "this one's going to need help",  or "this one must have
some issues"... for the most part, these are the ones still with problems
or issues that are affecting their schooling and sometimes the education
of their classmates. But I can also advise teachers, when they are
frustrated with a student's behavior/attitude/lack of
progress/disinterest, They have improved greatly since kindergarten/first
grade/second, etc.
