Gen: Movie

I need some help in locating a movie for purchase.  The movie title is
"Where the Broken Heart Still Beats."  The teacher requesting the movie said
that this is a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie.  I've checked the Hallmark site
and I've checked Library Video Co.---with no luck in locating this movie.
Does someone have any information on where I can purchase this movie?
