Gen: Barcode Symbology

Recently there was a posting that explained all of the different barcode
symbologies--i.e.codabar, 3 of 9, etc. I am needing that explanation and
have not had any luck searching the archives. I would appreciate hearing
directly from the person who posted that. Please e-mail me directly. Thank
