I hope someone can help us. We had to change all our IP addresses last week before our tech person left town for the week. We thought we had everything, but came in Friday and our printer would not work. We had forgot that IP. It is not networked to our server, but to one of our work stations at the desk. I found the IP address, but it will not let me deleat it in order to add the new. We get a message saying it cannot be deleated because it is in use. I have checked all the printing on all the computers, and I cannot find any waiting to be printed. Can someone let me know what I am missing. Answer me personally. TIA.
