powerpoint

My daughter, a junior in college, has developed a portfolio using Powerpoint.  
Since she is an industrial design major the presentation is graphics intense.  The 
presentation works beautifully off our hard drive but we are unable to save in the 
"Pack and Go" mode.  Does anyone know if there is a size or some other restriction 
to using Pack and Go?  We are trying to save it on a CD-rewritable drive.  Her 
intention is to present the portfolio on CD to prespective employers.
