Hi,

I am posting a job opening for the Cedarburg School District. Cedarburg
is located about 20 miles north of Milwaukee. It is a community that
emphasizes its German Heritage, the arts and many local activities such
as festivals and musicals. It is a very popular Wisconsin community and
has received numerous publicity in magazines around the country.

We are looking for a WI certified library media specialist for Thorson
Elementary School. This school was completely remodeled and expanded in
1998 with a MAC computer lab on the north end and a presentation area on
the south end of the IMC. Classrooms surround the IMC. There is an
active teaching program and good support for technology. It will be
important for the new library media specialist to have background in
MACs and technology skills. IMC Directors also participate on the
District Technology Committee and meet with the District IMC
Coordinator.
