Hi everyone,
I know you are all really busy but this is a plea to those of you who are
more experienced than me......

It looks like we are going to be able to move to flexible scheduling next
year, which will be a new concept for nearly all our staff, including me.
I would like to put together a very simple paragraph or two that will
explain how FS works and its advantages in language that will show how the
teachers will benefit and student outcomes will be improved. (We are a
primary school.) I do not want the time to 'degenerate' into a book
exchange session as we have a full time assistant to do this with the
teachers at another time.

Has anyone already done this and got something on file that they could send
as a model? Any other tips like making sure everyone has a fair go would be
appreciated.

Cheers
Barbara
