TARGET, SEC: Overdue Books

    For public high school libraries, what is your procedure for collection of 
overdue books (e.g., notices to students via homeroom teachers; letter to home; 
follow-up bill to home for non-returned items; detention; report cards held; credit 
withheld for courses, etc.)?

    I'd appreciate your comments.
