TECH: Outlook Express 4.0

I can send and receive email using Outlook Express 4.0
at school on my network pc.

But, at home, on my home pc with modem and a local
ISP, I can only receive my Emails.  I can NOT send
Emails.

I asked our Techie boss at school. He said that's how
our Outlook Express 4.0 works.  Anyone out in LM_NET
land can figure out a way so that I can send Email
from
my Outlook Express on my home pc.
