Work/study France

My daughter who is a freshman in college wants to go to France this summer
and strengthen her langauge skills and work. We have searched the web with
no success her career resource center wasn'tmuch help either. She has a
place to stay in Paris so lodging is not a problem.
Does anyone have any ideas? She also wants to take a french course but it
doesn't have to be or credit. TIA
