periodical vendors

Our district is investigating different periodical vendors because we have
not been happy with our long time vendor.  We are especially concerned
with discounts for large orders since we will be asking for a quote for 32
schools.  We are also concerned about service.

We received a catalog from WT Cox.  Has anyone used them and what is your
experience.  Do you have another favorite periodical vendor?

Please respond to me personally so that no vendors are offended.
