Science kits

Our district librarian would like to purchase complete science kits for
grades k-5 to be used by our entire district.   Our Science Standards for
these grades include (roughly)...

The Five Senses
Plants-identification(kinder) through ecosystems (for 5th grades)
Animals (identification through ecosystems)
Different physical environments
Scientific instruments and simple machines
Weather
Force, Energy, Light, Sound, and Motion
Desert, Wood, Pond, and Ocean environments/ecosystems
Matter
Food chains
Electricity
Earth Science and Geology

Ideally, we would like to purchase entire kits that contain everything
needed for a specific unit, for a particular grade level.  Everything would be
contained in some sort of large tub that could be easily shipped via small
cargo planes back and forth between the different villages on the North Slope.

I would like input from the Listserv about possible sources for such kits.
