To all who responded to my post: You are absolutely right!  I totally agree.
My statement wasn't clear.  I meant that a person doesn't have to carry
information around in his or her head.  You need to know where to go to find
what you need, and how to use it once you find it.  We're on the same page; I
just didn't go far enough in my statement.  Sorry.  Now back to lurking . . .
