A teacher has come to me with a copy of federal education regulations. In front of these regulations is a symbol that looks like two intertwined S's. Can anyone give us the name and the meaning of this symbol? While I'm on the subject of symbols, can anyone give me the name of a good symbol dictionary? It looks like I need one.
