Need luck- my first budget meeting

This afternoon will be the first time I will be involved in a budget mtg.
 There are 800 thousand dollars up for grabs because of a one time thing
from the district.  I am asking for 200 thousand.  I really only need
about 100, but I want to have some room for negotiations.  I am very
nervous!!!!  I know that what I propose to do with the money will benefit
everyone on campus, but I am worried that not everyone will see it that
way.  So wish me luck.
