HIT:(revised) AR and Leap day

Some people have said they've had no problems with AR today...others (like
me) couldn't get it to run today.  I've had differing suggestions......leave
it off today.....and to change the date on the COMPUTER to either Feb. 28th
or Mar. 1st. ( I was assuming that there was a way to change the date in AR
itself.)  I changed the date on my computer and now AR is working
fine....I'll change it again tomorrow
