Sigh...To those that be thirty minutes prep

Greetings.

I posted this question a while back, and I really appreciated the responses I
got to it.  Unfortunately, due to a computer crash/glitch, I have lost the
email addresses of those people whose program is geared toward being 30-60
minute preparatory time for teachers.  If anyone out there responded personally
to me before, and indicated you would be willing to share program experiences
and insights with me, I would appreciate it if you would respond again.  I was
asking in anticipation before, but I have recently been changed to a 30 minute
prep schedule, and will be beginning the schedule in a couple of weeks.

I have access to all of the responses through the hit I posted, but I cut off
all names and addresses before posting it.

Thanks for your help on this.
