Scary Stories challenge

We have a challenge on Scary Stories in our elementary.  The principal
called me and asked if there was a rubric for evaluating a challenged
book.  I've never seen one but one of you may have one.  If you do and
could let me know about it ASAP, I would appreciate it.  Also, if you
have faced a challenge on this book, please let me know what you said in
support of it and whether you won or lost.
