Wood Bullentin Boards

Hi all, I need help.  My library only has one main bullentin board and
one small one.  All the other walls are concrete.  How do you get things

to stay on the concrete walls.  Also, my bullentin boards are made of
wood.  I have to use a carpenter's stapler to get things to stay.  Does
anyone know how I can turn the boards into cork boards?
