SECONDARY: library information skills assessment

Dear LM_Netters,
        Our district is working to development an assessment of library information
skills that might include key-word searching, web search skills, copyright,
ethical use, selecting appropriate resources, etc.  Are any of you  using
such an assessment at your schools?  How is it working?  Would you be
willing to share it?  Do you know of any online resources or books that
might help us.  I would be very grateful for any help you can give us!
