"DAMAGED BOOK TALE"

      I believe The Snuggle Bunny is out of print.  I have taken my
daughter's copy in to read around Easter.  It is such an appealing story,
after it is finished hands shoot up to request a copy to check out.   I then
proceed to tell them the sad story about the only library copy - it was left
out in the rain and had to be discarded.  One little boy wanted to know who
the student was who did it.  Of course, I would never divulge such
information.
     I usually don't read a story that will not be able to circulate, but I
can't resist this story and the subsequent didactic tale.
