TARGET, SEC: Female authors/male names

One of my students is trying to compile a list of women authors who
wrote under men's names.  She is looking primarily at the 19th & 20th
centuries, but I realized that I did not have a list of these women
readily available, so I'm looking for any names you can provide.  We
already  have George Eliot and George Sand, but I'm certain there are
many more.  Any help would be appreciated.  I will post a hit later.
