No, this is a legitimate site, which works by advertising, and
through a scheme where you also get paid for the surfing of
those you refer to the site. I haven't tried it myself, but its
been highly recommended by Bob Rankin at the Internet
TOURBUS (http://www.tourbus.com/), who is certainly a
reputable source.
