book title

[Smith Family <ssmith@SSMITH.MA.ULTRANET.COM>]

Hi Everyone!  My principal is looking for the title of a book and only
remembers the title includes the words: chicken and Thursday.  He thinks the
cover has the picture of a chicken and an egg on it but doesn't remember if
there are any other pictures on the cover, too.  I haven't been able to find
any titles that include these words.  Can anyone help me?  TIA
