TAR: Material Challenge Policy

Here's my first post--hope it works!

I'm in the process of creating a media center at our school (I've even had
to order the chairs and tables!)
So, now I'm working on a Challenge Policy.  After actually receiving my
first order of books, I want to be sure to implement a procedure regarding
challenges so that something is in place when the first challenge occurs.
Any advice?  Any specifics?  I am including my snail-mail address if anyone
would be so kind as to send along a copy of their policy (it's just normal
postage to here.)
