I have a 1st grade group doing a unit on Houses and House Construction. She has asked me to help her locate web sites that will demonstrate the steps to building a house: clearing, foundation, frame, plumbing, electricity, etc. I went to Kathy Schrock's site and found a couple of sites. I also went to ebig.com and the Librarian's Index to the Internet with no useable results. We have the First Discovery book on Houses and several print sources that are in use. Can anyone suggest a good site that would describe the house construction process?
