Help with book challenge

Sharon Koontz, K-12 librarian from Sedan Kansas is experiencing a book
challenge to
"View From Saturday", by Willo Davis Roberts, original copyright in 1975
(Rereleased in 1998?)
This Accellerated Reader book is being challenged because of 4 words plus
the word "jeez" and the
cats name (SOB).

I've sent her information on reviews of this Newberry award winner, if  any
of you have any council

The first time you go through a challenge can be a bit unsettling.
