TAR: Advice about possible 2nd grade book group

Hi. I am considering a weekly or bi-weekly lunchtime book discussion group
for about 8 of my strongest second grade readers. Before I mention it to my
principal, I'd like to know if this has worked for any of you with kids
this young, and what the logistics were. Thanks in advance!
