library lesson plans

Hello out there!
I'm still a relatively new librarian, and I keep looking for good lesson
plans.  I wonder if any of you can suggest any?  I have looked a little in
eric, but I remember it being a bit difficult to get anything.  I also am
curious about how to access the archives (?)--I assume that that is the
archives for this site-somebody please clue me in!  Anyway, whatever you can
recommend, I will greatly appreciate. My district has get-togethers for
librarians to share lesson plans, but I have so many classes that I can't
ever go!
