Though I have been "lurking" for the past two years while attending grad
school, I have never posted.  I was THRILLED at the questions and answers
posted!  Ran right out and bought a looseleaf binder to put all the good
ideas in.  I have looked at archives and I have read, and read, relevant
material but this information is immediately usable.

In fact, it was a relief to see some real library information instead of the
usual beefs and complaints that I have had to scroll through and delete
during the year.  So thank you to all of you who are willing to "lend a hand"
to newcomers.
