I couldn't agree more with the individual that said if you have a
problem with some of the postings, DON'T respond to it!  There are
people in this listserv who are more than happy to help fresh faces.
Until these people leave, I will continue to ask as many questions that
I want answers to.  If I only find general answers to a specific
question I have in the archives, I will post it directly to the
listserv.  You also can't take for granted that people don't check the
archives.  Just because they don't specify, maybe they should, doesn't
mean that they didn't.  And I don't feel that you have to justify
whether you did or didn't to prove that you know how to do research to
your colleagues.  I love this listserv as a useful tool for information
and I would like to thank EVERYONE who has responded to the many
questions I had and look forward to further correspondence!  I, too, am
keeping a notebook of direct responses AND archives information.
