Target: Bulletin board ideas

I've racked my brain all summer to come up with a catchy bulletin board idea
for a back to school buletin board to go with our theme:  Celebrating
Heroes.  Time is running out.  I'd like to have something in place before
the meetings start (in the media center) week after next.  Does anyone have
a clever idea they could email to me?
Our school is pre-k through 6th grade.
