At lunch today some teachers were discussing wishes for next year and the idea of rotating the lunch waves on a yearly basis so that first grades do not eat lunch at 11 next year (makes for a LONG afternoon) came up and also the idea for multiage lunch waves - One of each grade level in a lunch wave instead of all fourth graders together etc. Does any one know of any research that would support later lunches for younger children or multiage groupings in the lunch room - the principal of this school does not enertain new ideas that are not supported by research;) Ronnie O'Brien, MLS Consultant Milford, Connecticut ---------- Message To Spammers -- Game Over!
