My staff is putting on a play for the students and it is based on an Anansi story set in the Caribbean. We would like to include some authentic phrases from a country in that area such as the equivalent of "Oh!" (expression of surprise) and a greeting (as in "Good day" ) as well as something that indicates displeasure or disappointment. Also, we are having a friendly discussion of how Anansi's name would be pronounced in the Caribbean.
