GEN: Literacy Grant sources

I've got an idea for a literacy project involving our young readers (K-4)
and new siblings, but I need a funding source.  I've done a search on the
Internet but haven't found a clean match of philanthropic intent and my
vision.  Also, most of the grant proposal deadlines expired in the past few
months.  I'd like to start my project (wouldn't everyone?) with the
umpcoming school year.  So, now I'm asking you to give me lead on grant
funding for a literacy project,  .... family literacy but not necessarily
meeting the illiteracy need or low-income need.  Please respond to me at
