Somewhere on the list there was a message about a MARC tag for reading =
programs.  I don't recall the exact 5xx number ...does anyone have any =
information about this?

we are going to be cataloging our 40 big books this summer.  the teachers =
want us to tie them into the First Steps reading program we are using in =
the lower school.  They also want to be able to list all of the big books =
we have.  I will assign a call number prefix for the listing but would =
like to be able to note the application of the book to certain levels in =
the first steps program such as : Suitable for Role Play level, or First =
Steps exploration level.

any one know about the MARC field?  any cataloging suggestions?
