Interesting...my aunt was an executive director of two GS councils, I
was a GS for 10 years as a girl...and a leader, adult trainer, and
community Association chairwoman for 12 years as an adult, and never
once encountered "points" for Brownies. By the way, the "baby' division
of the GS is now the Daisy Girl Scouts.
