Hi All -

I am currently completing my practicum in a suburban high school. Right
now, the library only has one computer for students' use with internet
access and it faces the circulation desk so it is easy to supervise. In
the fall, however, they will be getting more computers with access. It
is not district policy to use filters.

The librarian is concerned about monitoring the students on the
internet. My assignment is to research the options. So - I'm turning
to y'all for help and ideas. Possibilities include (but are not limited
to) physical arrangement of the computers, monitoring software, some
type of pass or stamp that indicates that they have AUPs on file.

What has worked for you? What didn't?

TIA!
