Not to compete with your good intentions, but on this topic: There are film collectors all over the country who are always looking to buy 35mm, 16mm, 8mm or super 8mm films. So are film museums such as American Film Institute, Museum of Modern Art, Anthology, Library of Congress, UCLA, U Cal Berkeley, etc. (though libraries and museums would like donations even better than purchasing). If a library has weeded these and will post a list of titles, with either asking prices or asking for bids, all of us who know a collector/collection could forward the message to them. We could be doing the same with books we are weeding. Would this type of for-sale list or donations list be better placed on EL-ANNOUNCE or LM-NET's general message list? cmths@hotmail.com Carolyn Mathes, Librarian Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative Middle School/High School P.O.
