Requesting Ideas for Demonstration Lesson

Helloooooo from the Island!!! (That's Long Island)
I'm seeking lesson plan ideas for "Demonstration Lessons".  I'm
finishing up my coursework as I write this, and juggling several
interviews for Elementary School Media Specialist.  It is now time to
work on lesson plans for the next step which is "Demonstration
Lessons".  I'll post a "HIT" to share with all!
