GEN: Michigan survey

LM Netters,

Please excuse me for reposting this request.  I want to thanks those of you
that took time to reply the first time I posted this survey but I am hoping
that with school finished or almost finished I can get a few more responses.

I need your help.  I am working on my master's project and need to do a
survey of media centers in Michigan.  I am using the information to compare
books per student in a media center to Meap reading scores.  I would
appreciate it if you could fill out
the following survey and e-mail it back to me.  I will need to know the name
of your
school for the purpose of looking up the Meap scores but will not use the
names of any schools in my  report.  I expect to finish collecting data in
June
and will work on the results in July.  No school names will appear in any of
my charts or reports.  I will need to have all surveys returned by June 20,
2000.  Thank

Please share this with other media specialist in your area.  The survey is
also posted on the web at http://www2.gvsu.edu/~bluntk/survey.htm .  I will
post my results in July to the same web site.
