Friends,

I seek a specific reference for a new research study mentioned
during an NPR (National Public Radio) news broadcast from Thursday, June
15th. The piece suggested the study had found "Zero Tolerance" policies to
be harmful in "criminalizing" our kids. I have checked the NPR website but
found no mention of the study, there. Any specifics or suggestions for
tracking this down?
        Thanks!
        Take care.

JEK

auspiciously for its "historical" value, is as a corpse kept 'round the
house for sentimental reasons.
